The Region IV coordinator for the National Communications System, sent Mike and me a terrific manual entitled, "National Interoperability Field Operations Guide", and gave me permission to share it. This would be a very useful manual for every ARES and MARS member to have on hand, as well as downright interesting for the rest of you.
